Registration is now open for the 2026 Play For Nate Tournament!

On Saturday, August 8, the Badger Region volleyball community will come together for more than just a day of beach volleyball—we’ll come together to support one of our own.

Nathan Higgins was once a standout Badger Region High Performance All-Star athlete with a bright future in the game he loved. After a life-changing accident left him paralyzed, volleyball became something he could no longer play—but it never stopped being a part of who he is. Today, Nate continues to inspire others as a coach, pouring his passion back into the next generation of athletes.

This year, our goal is to raise $10,000 for the Nate Higgins Family Trust. Every team that registers, every match that’s played, and every dollar raised helps support Nate on his journey.

If you’re interested in coaching club volleyball or want to grow your confidence on the court, join us for the Badger Region Coach Development Clinic. This clinic is designed for new and beginning coaches and will cover the fundamentals of teaching and coaching the game.

📣 Tryout Commitment Policy Reminder

Per our Board of Directors, the universal commitment deadline for all tryout offers is Wednesday, July 22, at 7:00 p.m. Players are not required to accept an offer before this time. Any offers made after the deadline are handled at the individual club’s discretion.

This policy is in place to allow families the opportunity to make the best decision for their child and for their family, while ensuring a fair and consistent commitment process across all clubs in our region.

This commitment deadline is a required policy for every club in the Badger Region. If you believe a club is not honoring this policy, please email [email protected] so we can follow up directly with the club director.
