👋 So as most know I’ve stepped back from the gym the last few years. 2-3 lighter workouts per week while I let my body recover and I pursued other endeavors.

💪🏼 Well we are headed to the Pacific Northwest for the winter and I’ll be dedicating 3 months to adding muscle mass back on, while starting to run again. Of course I’ll be focusing on diet and supplements. Bucked Up will be my go to supplements. I’ll be sharing the journey on our YouTube channel, Neal & Britt.

🚐 A little bit of what we have been up to lately!

✅ Explored Utah. That state is beautiful.

✅ Made it into Idaho for the first time, visited Craters of the Moon, and found tons of epic camp spots.

✅ Explored a little of Montana again. Stayed at Lake Como. Took an epic dirt road mountain pass with a water fall at the top. Slept next to incredible rivers & lakes the whole time.

✅ Round two of visiting Yellowstone NP & Grand Teton National Park. Amazing. Enough said!

✅ Drove through incredibly mountain passes, visited the Stanley Hotel, concert at Red Rocks for the first time, and slept along many more amazing rivers!

🏔️ You can say it was a great June traveling with my partner is exploration , hanging with friends, visiting a new state, finding incredible camp spots, and putting our new to the test!

💪🏼 It’s been a while since I’ve posted any type of fitness update. Just busy trying to put back on some muscle (and fat). My body is feeling okay and the motivation is there, so hoping to continue the progress.

💯 It is about time to clean the diet up a bit and drop some fat though. Definitely gets harder in your kid 30s, that’s for sure, but I cannot complain. All part@of the process

🎉 I hope everyone is@pursuing there goals in 2024. No excuses, just getting it done. One goal I have is to get back into running and continue to add in more hikes. Cardiovascular health is one of the most important things on my mind this year.

🚐 Ekko in the wild! The places this rig has taken us & allowed us to share with everyone has been nothing short of incredible!!

🌴 Still bouncing around Florida, as we have some events coming up, but we are busy prepping & outfitting our Ekko - Wilson 😂- to head back out west soon. We miss the high desert, gigantic mountains, and most of all free camping on public lands!

🌴 I haven’t posted much the last few months, but we are back in Florida after some adventures on our way down from Vermont.

➡️ We have a bunch of events coming up. You can meet us at the Florida RV Supershow in Tampa, FL January 18th at 11am for a fireside chat at the booth.

💯 We will also be running around filming content there, so if you see us say hey!

✅ We checked off another state (not in our Ekko unfortunately 😂). Hawaii is breathtaking and swimming with manta rays was incredible!

💯First official week back in the gym in the books! Injuries all finally feel healed up and I feel much heavier. Feeling pretty light and have lost decent size. Currently sitting at 234lbs, but much healthier & muscle memory is a great thing!

💪Many know I was suffering from injuries and kept trying to push it, but while we traveled the last few months I only hit the gym a few times and it really helped.
