Congratulations to Farmington-Nute Football sophomore Luke Cardinal on being named to the New Hampshire Football Report NHIAA 2026 Player Watch List!

Luke is the only Division IV player selected to the list this year after an outstanding 2025 season in which he averaged an impressive 7 yards per carry at running back.

This recognition places Luke among the top football players to watch in New Hampshire and continues a tradition at Farmington-Nute as Ethan Burrows made the list in 2025.

Farmington-Nute beats Winnisquam, 38-7.

Nute Middle High School Fall 2026 Sports Registration Form

If you are playing a fall sport, please complete the registration form. Fall sports start prior to school in the fall, so this must be done now.

Football starts practice on 8/14, and all other fall sports start on 8/17.

The Nute Rams Baseball season came to a close yesterday with a hard-fought quarterfinal loss to the Colebrook Mohawks in the NHIAA playoffs. While the defeat marked the end of the baseball season, it also brought the curtain down on the most remarkable athletic year in Nute Middle High School history.

For the first time ever, Nute student-athletes earned playoff appearances across all three sports seasons, with five different teams reaching postseason competition. The fall season saw both the football and soccer cooperative teams qualify for the playoffs, with soccer advancing to the quarterfinals and football making an impressive run to the semifinals. Winter brought more history as both the girls' and boys' varsity basketball teams reached the playoffs for the first time in more than a decade. The momentum continued into the spring, where the Rams baseball team battled its way to the NHIAA quarterfinals.

This unprecedented year showcased the dedication, talent, and determination of Nute's student-athletes and coaches, setting a new standard for excellence and creating memories that will be remembered for years to come.
