It's almost time! As promised, we will have three levels of exercises all that can be modified if needed. If you have a yoga mat bring it with you! Lakelife Nutrition and I can't wait to see everyone! Here's a look at the workouts:

Warmup: Walk/Jog
Stretch: 5 minutes
Block 1: 12 minutes AMRAP
Rest: 2 minutes
Block 2: 12 minutes AMRAP
Rest: 2 minutes
Block 3: 10 minutes AMRAP
Cool-down: 5 minutes

BLOCK 1 (12 min AMRAP) – Full Body

10 bodyweight squats
8 wall push-ups
10 alternating lunges

Intermediate

Only four days left before our Community Fit Camp co-hosted by Lakelife Nutrition. We’ll kick everything off with a short walk/jog at 12:30 and then we’ll pump the tunes and get those bodies moving! Come join us for a fun filled event. Three levels of workouts and those can be modified as needed.

Exciting News!!! I teased this a week or so ago, but it is official. I will be partnering with Lakelife Nutrition and on May 23rd we will have our first community Fit Camp! We'll kick everything off with a short walk/jog at 12:30 and then jump right into our HIIT style 45-minute camp. Our goal is to host everything right outside on the grassy area next to Lake Life. Be on the lookout for more info in the coming weeks!
