🧀 The "Power Mac" Sauce
Yields enough for 8–10 oz of pasta | Protein: ~25g per cup of sauce

Ingredients
1 cup Low-fat cottage cheese (2% or 4% makes it creamier)

1/2 cup Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (for that authentic "Mac" flavor)

1/4 cup Milk of choice (to thin it out)

1/2 tsp Garlic powder

1/2 tsp Onion powder

1/4 tsp Turmeric or Smoked Paprika (optional, mostly for that golden color)

Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
The Smooth Secret: Place the cottage cheese, milk, and spices into a blender. Blend on high for at least 30–45 seconds until it is completely liquid and glossy. If you see a single curd, keep blending!

The Melt: Pour the blended mixture into a saucepan over low heat.

Add Cheese: Stir in the shredded cheddar. Keep stirring until the cheddar is melted and the sauce is cohesive.

Crucial Note: Do not let it boil! High heat can cause cottage cheese to "break" or get grainy.

Combine: Toss with your favorite cooked pasta (use Chickpea or Lentil pasta to push the protein even higher).

Ladies, it’s that time of year again! Time to bring your man to Delta so he can finally see that "what we do here" is more than just a hobby—it’s a lifestyle (and maybe a little bit of madness).

We’re inviting the guys to join us for a morning of lifting, sweat, and the inevitable realization that the women of Delta are built different.
