Update: September class is Full!

🌟FREE Pilates for EDS/HSD🌟

EDS/HSD Awareness Month might officially be over, but that doesn’t mean it’s time to stop advocating, educating, listening, and coming together in community. We need to find strength internally and externally to face the many obstacles we face day to day.

I invite you all to take part in my FREE monthly movement classes, designed specifically for EDS/HSD. I have chosen to specialize in Pilates for Hypermobility because I have seen how much it can help. I have chosen to offer these classes for my fellow Zebras for free because I have seen first hand the financial impact of EDS/HSD.

These classes will be mat based and max out at 10 people. My hope is that we can come together through movement to support one another physically, mentally, and emotionally.

*If you’re interested, but the class time/location (Milton - near Cambridge High School) does not work for you, let me know. If there is enough interest in other locations, I am happy to work together and add more classes.

Looking for a fun summer activity? I go(a)t you! Join me Saturday June 7th at 1:00pm for Goat Pilates 🐐

This 1-hour class blends core-strengthening exercises with playful energy from pint-sized “kid” goats from GGA Dwarf Goat Yoga.

There is no age requirement, however all participants must be able to follow instruction and respect the baby goats (no chasing them around, pulling their tails, etc.).
