Meet Your 2026/2027 Milton Monsters Board Members!
Milton Monsters Wrestling Club, we are excited to introduce your 2026/2027 season board members! We have a few new but familiar faces joining the board this season, and we are also proud to welcome back several returning members who continue to give their time, energy, and heart to this club.
Before we introduce the new board, we want to take a moment to recognize and thank a few incredible people who have helped shape the Milton Monsters into what it is today.
First, we want to give a HUGE thank you to Derek Henze for his dedication and leadership over the past few seasons as President of the club. Derek, we were so fortunate to have someone with your knowledge, strong community connections, love for the sport of wrestling, and commitment to this club leading the way. We are so thankful for the time and effort you have given to the Milton Monsters, and we look forward to continuing to watch your own wrestling journey.
We also want to thank Brady Anderson for his time serving on the board. Brady, you were dependable, helpful, organized, and always willing to step in where needed. We are so grateful for everything you contributed to this club.
And to Andy Gross, it is hard to even find the right words to thank you for the MANY years you have poured into the Milton Monsters. You have truly been a rock for this club, helping build it, support it, and keep it going for as long as many of us can remember. Your dedication has made a lasting impact, and we are incredibly thankful for you.
With a few open positions this season, some changes have come to the board, and we are very excited to share them with you!
We are proud to announce that Kent Anderson was nominated and voted in as the 2026/2027 season President of the Milton Monsters Wrestling Club! Many of you may already recognize Kent as one of our great Monster coaches. Kent brings a wealth of wrestling knowledge, leadership, business experience, and a true love for this club. We are beyond excited to have him step into this role and help lead the Milton Monsters into another great season.
Eric Vold will continue serving as our Vice President. Eric has dedicated many years to helping build and grow this club. You have probably seen him matside coaching, leading, encouraging wrestlers, and helping in more ways than most people even realize. His knowledge of the sport, understanding of the logistics behind wrestling, and commitment to the Milton Monsters are constant reminders of how lucky we are to have him on the board.
Sarah Price will continue as our Club Secretary. Sarah is the one who keeps us organized, informed, and on track behind the scenes. She keeps the important notes, helps with communication, works tirelessly on fundraising, and does so much more than many people see. Sarah is such an asset to this club, and as a teacher in the district, her love for this community shines through in everything she does.
Shawn West will continue as our Club Treasurer. This role comes with a lot of responsibility, organization, and time, and Shawn has done a fantastic job keeping our club funds organized and on track. It is not always the most visible job, but it is one of the most important, and we are so thankful Shawn has taken on this role again for another season.
Katie Babcock is returning as a Board Member for her second season. We would be lost without Katie and all she does behind the scenes. She has been a huge part of getting PlayMetrics up and running for our club, which has helped improve communication in such a big way. She has spent countless hours training, setting up, organizing, and taking care of a million little things that help keep this club moving forward. We are so lucky to have her back this season.
Sara Vold is also returning as a Board Member, and we are so thankful to have her back again this season. Sara brings a TON of knowledge, not only about the sport of wrestling, but about this club and all the moving pieces that help make it successful. She has been a huge part of making our club raffle happen for the past two seasons, putting in the time, organization, and effort needed to make it such a success. Sara is also the genius behind our Milton Monster Mash concessions. She truly has it down to a science and keeps everything running smoothly, organized, and efficient. Sara is someone we know we can always rely on, no matter what needs to be done, and we are so lucky to have her serving on the board again this season.
Mike Miller is also returning as a Board Member for his second season. Mike has been part of our coaches committee and has done a fantastic job helping keep the board and coaches connected and on the same page. He brings ideas, updates, and insight from the coaching side, which is so valuable to the board. Mike is a rockstar, and we are lucky to have him as part of this team.
Ashlee Kerl is joining us for season two as a Board Member, and we are so thankful she chose to come back again this season. Ashlee is always willing to volunteer wherever she is needed. Last season she helped connect the club with photography, helped with food, and was always ready to jump in and help with anything that came up. Ashlee, we are so excited to have you with us again.
Tiereny Craker is returning as a Board Member after taking a season off, and we are so excited to welcome her back! Many of you have probably seen Tiereny helping on the pages, organizing things at events, and being a familiar, friendly face throughout the club. Tiereny, we are thankful for you and so happy to have you back with us.
