Coach Angel will be having homework club from 3:15 to 3:45, with practice to follow from 4-6pm Monday through Thursday. Since Fridays are early release, there will be no homework club only practice from 2-4pm.

For those who haven’t seen Coach Angel’s email yet, first practice will be on Monday January 2 from 2pm-3pm, meeting at the gym entrance to set up mats and to do a little non-contact work out. First official practice will be January 3rd and practices will go from 4pm to 6pm Monday through Thursday. Friday practices will be announced at a later time.

Breaking: The OSAA Executive Board has voted to approve the Wrestling State Championship to be held at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum February 23-25. No classification will compete more than two days.

**UPDATE**

Tomorrow (3/7) will be CLEAN singlet drop off and possible mat roll-up help in the wrestling room. Coach Angel would like everyone to be there from 4pm to 4:30pm.

Per Coach Angel, practice tomorrow (Wednesday 3/2) will now be from 4pm-5:30pm.

Practice this Friday (3/4) will be at 4pm, with weigh ins to follow at 5pm at Central.
Bus will leave Central at 6:45am Saturday (3/5). Tournament starts at 9am!!
Trackwrestling will be used (yay!)
