Here's a little pre season update for anyone who's interested 🤙🏻

The car is coming together, pretty much starting over after the season I had last year. The race season motivation hasn't set in yet, too much on my mind! I'm going to grind away and hopefully be ready for the first round at Clinton County Speedway, April 12th.

Quick Clinton county recap from last night

Time trials I wasn't too far off, I was in need of a few adjustments for the heat as the car was a hair tight.

Heat: 5th to 3rd
Redraw: 9th
Feature: 2 laps too junk! Wings, frame, steering gear, axles, shocks and wheels! That's a wrap folks, see ya next year!

We set a goal this year, top 10 Clinton County points and we achieved it!

Last night wasn't one we hoped for. Qualified 6th fastest, started 3rd in the heat, finished 4th putting us in the redraw. We started 7th in the feature and ended up breaking a rear axel.

This week’s River Valley Builders Hard Charger

Sparkle here. What a night at Clinton county. I think we finally had car set up. Went out for hot laps we were 3rd quick out of 21 cars. Started 4th in heat 3. Start of the heat it was a log jam and Austin fell back a couple spots. After getting hit numerous times and run over by the same driver almost causing both cars to wreck Austin saved car and proceeded to advance. After cautions came out and another driver passed before cone (same driver that hit us) we got put behind that driver which he shouldve moved back a spot not advanced. With 2 laps to go Austin drove it in hard the car stuck to Austin’s line and unfortunately Austin caught another cars front wheel and causing that car to DNF, by no means was it out of anger or aggressiveness we’re friends with the other driver. Track officials Black Flagged Austin saying he was being aggressive with his car and basically said he did it on purpose, Austin was not allowed to finish the heat. We talked to numerous officials and they said it should have never been called or threw it was a racing deal. We started Feature 21st Dead last. We changed one or two things on car and basically said F it.Just go have fun, I mean think about it no one can pass us starting last right 🤣 …Well let me tell you what the kid drove his ass off and for the sh*tty night we had it turned around in feature. Austin ended up passing 13 cars but one got back around him taking the checkers so it was a plus 12 for Austin. Austin finally got his Hard charger at Clinton county.I want to Thanks Ray Ray for driving truck to and from tracks. Austin wife girls and parents and in-laws and family for always sticking behind him. Thanks to all our sponsors

What a night to remember.

Austin finished 23rd. Got the last transfer spot out of a pretty competitive B main.

Hadlee Greenland & C**t Spickler battled in the 7-8 bike race division, unfortunately they didn't make it out of the heat races for the feature event.

Casey Spickler made it to the feature event for the 5-6 bike race division finishing 4th!

McKenna Greenland raced in the 2-4 power wheels division. She also won junior fan of the night and was able to ride in the pace truck, wave the green flag for a heat race, get a pit pass to go say hello to some of her favorite drivers: stop #1 was Daddy's pit, stop #2 was Croix Beasom and stop #3 was Zach Rhodes. She also went to victory lane to celebrate Troy Wagaman Jr's 410 win! (She was most excited to be in the company of a princess).

The Greenland Girls and Spickler Boys got to enjoy a post race party in the race hauler on the way home!

These kids love going to the races which makes these nights even better!

Last night the luck ran out, that's racing. I was behind on the car set up for the time we touched the track. Myself and Kyle Spickler worked our butts off and made the best of it. Wet and fast big tracks just aren't my thing quite yet.

Off to Clinton County Speedway on Friday, hoping for a good result! Thanks to everyone who helps out and the continued support from my sponsors.
