Zen Academy Each class in this institution are offered to both beginners and advanced students.

US Martial Arts & Meditation Academy is a full packaged institution that offers a total training of Martial Arts (Taekwondo) for children with the age group of 5-15 years and self-defense, meditation and yoga session for adults. The institution is founded by Master Prakash Thapa (Guru) with the main motive of helping students grow the necessary skills to enhance their lives through Discipline, Dev

elopment and Self-defense. The main objective of offering Taekwondo form of Martial Arts is to bring out the best ability in our community kids along with empowering them with better skills through proper Taekwondo training. We believe that such training benefits kids with a very successful and healthy life. Likewise, the basic aim of meditation session is to nourish people from everyday hustle, stress and anxiety. Meditation is the best and effective way to strengthen coping skills, reduce trigger depression and worrying less living fully.

We deliver complete techniques of mediation for children prioritizing their comfort level.

Recently conducted Summer Camp Taekwondo/meditation by Master Prakash Thapa was a very successful one with more than 90 participants. The session included Taekwondo and meditation training for children aged 4-15 years old.

US Martial Arts & Meditation Academy has successfully conducted Taekwondo Belt Test on 14th February, 2022.There were altogether 15 participants who actively participated in the test.In the event a very renowned City Council Member, Fremont Teresa Keng was invited as a chief guest. Likewise, some of the parents were also presented with the Most Valuable Parent award. Our two of the parents Meena Basnet and Mr. Maheshwari were proudly presented the award for becoming the most valuable parents throughout the journey. City Council Member, Fremont, Teresa Keng also gave a very positive response to the actions of Master Prakash Thapa, stating that he himself is a very dedicated and hard working person and the initiation he is taking for the community is very important and commendable.
