We are currently hiring for the Milpitas location, and the position we are looking for will need to do the following:

-Check-in and Register customers into the system
-Provide assistance to customers looking for equipment and membership
-Check-in and verify payments for students in training classes
-Monitor the queue system to ensure smooth transitions between players
-Answer any phone calls and provide customer service to our online pro-shop

Starting pay is $15.65/hr + commissions.

Requirements:

-High School degree or equivalent
-Social/friendly/likes to engage with people
-Self-motivated fast learner
-Basic keyboarding & computer usage
-Cashier/POS knowledge is highly recommended
-Knowledge in badminton is a plus but not required
-Bilingual is a plus but not required

This is a customer service heavy position. Applicants should be able to communicate well with customers.
