Solstice 21 Wellness classes start next week! Unlimited class pack is $79 a month! Small group strength training at $159 a month includes choice of classes to add into your training program! Adding body balance training into your life provides two low impact strength training sessions per week, plus your choice of an additional weekly class of your choice. A members only nutrition page, access to a smart fitness app, and clients who rally behind you in support makes this a perfect place to focus on your wellness journey!
