Well....the spartan super at mount vernon creek was brutal! 9 miles of hellish terrain, steep climbs and steep drops. Not to mention the obstacles that come with a 30 burpee penalty if not completed. All in all, we got through it. I think we "ran" the first mile with our legs and the other 8 with pure grit! Def gonna do more in the future as well as conquer the spartan beast next year. Dont let doubt get thd best of you. Once you let doubt hold you tight, you never have the chance to fail because you never even bother trying.
