ports for a child. Whether they excel to compete at high skill levels or join to gain strength and flexibility for other sports, come check us out and see how much fun it is! We feature bronze and silver level competitive teams competing in Xcel Gymnastics. As part of the team, our gymnastics get to travel, learn and perform routines and earn ribbons and medals! Best of all, competing allows them to be an individual athlete and be part of the team, as well! If your child is looking for a little fun, our recreational classes are a great fit! All athletes of all shapes and sizes can benefit from what gymnastics has to offer and the focus is on the fun! Even if your child has zero experience in gymnastics but would like to give it a try, we would love to show them everything they can do! It's just "flippin' fun!"

Reminder- Millington parade tonight starts at 6 PM. We will be meeting at the Gym from 4:15 to 5 for face painting prior to the parade then you will walk out to our spot. Parents are welcome to walk with younger children. Wear their team leotard or anything with hot pink or black colors. The theme is Mardi Gras and your child needs to bring a full bag of candy for them to throw in the parade. Anyone is welcome and any siblings are welcome also. Hope to see everyone tonight! The parade route ends at Saint Paul Lutheran school.
