New warning track at Hinkley High School!

We cleaned out the build-up of material around the transition with our turf renovator and added 75 tons of our Gold Warning Track blend.

We added 25 tons of our USGA Sand and blended it into the existing blend to soften the footing for an arena in Longmont.

We accomplish this by laser grading the entire arena before starting. We then add the sand, and grade it evenly at 1/2 inch. This allows us to keep the footing consistent throughout the entire arena. We then blend it together with our tiller and grade it one more time to eliminate any low/high spots.

Over time, infield mix starts to work its way into the grass edges and build up a lip. At Monarch High School, this was causing drainage issues because the water had nowhere to go.

We used our turf renovator to take down the outfield lip and added 15 tons to the infield to fill in any low spots!
