Again shout to and all the donations for the West Holmes Athletes Boosters! 8hrs is a long not only physical but mental and emotional time giving what he was giving for! Join us Wednesday Sept 1 for the “Jason Shultz” WOD. Class times are 5am, 3:30pm, 4:45pm, 5:45pm 6:45pm. Heats will be run 10 people at a time but everyone is more than welcome to stay and mingle. Pizza party in the later times.
All drop ins are welcome at no charge!

BUILD Coming Soon! BUILD is a strength and body building program, programmed on a 10-week cycle (4 days a week M,W,F,S). The programming will be based around a combination of time-tested principles of traditional powerlifting (squat, press, dead), conjugate/westside method (mix of max effort and dynamic efforts), body building (hypertrophy and accessory work), and a few of our other favorite elements (odd objects, heavy holds, overloaded bodyweight movements, etc)...if nothing else, this program will be a heck of a lot of fun!
(Only 10 spots will be available, more info coming soon)
