Today was a hard day…
To say goodbye to a special place that was created by an even more special person, was difficult. But we did it and we are not going to forget the things we learned, the memories we shared, and especially not the woman who started it all.
Ellie was our friend, our family, our workout buddy and our biggest fan. She LOVED fitness!! She could run for miles while still smiling and encouraging anyone next to her. She was always up for trying a new class, getting in a great workout followed by a big meal or a trip to Sunny, and she could turn a regular trip to Walmart into an adventure for the books! Ellie’s love for yoga and exercise is what led us all to one of the best fitness centers we could have imagined. She brought aerobics, cycling, HIIT, bootcamps, weight lifting, massage therapy, and several styles of yoga all into one place!! A place that we loved being a part of. We appreciate every class, every instructor, and every memory we created on our fitness journey that she encouraged and brought to our community.
Her yoga studio was an absolutely amazing space. She made it exactly how she wanted it to be and we were fortunate to have experienced her vision and her joy for the time we had it. The doors closed today and her 333 Fitness Warehouse is going in a different direction as well.
Ellie’s legacy is not in these buildings, but it is inside our hearts where we choose to carry her love and passion with us. Her legacy is in her beautiful children and in the lives of all the people she touched.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to each and every instructor, babysitter, maintenance team, member, and visitor that was able to be a part of this amazing adventure. You all have had a big role in bringing Ellie’s dream come to life and for creating the memories that will stay forever.
