Thank you to everyone who came out and CRUSHED it for our MDW MURPH!! Today we sweat, screamed, and maybe even cried through the pain as we payed tribute to our fallen heroes who have given it all to protect our country! This month we are celebrating our two CSCF graduates! Coach Justice Turner and Maddie Brown!! Justice is graduating with a bachelors in Exercise Science and
Maddie is graduating with a bachelors in Business Management and a minor in Criminal Justice! Both have been constant faces in our gym and always so happy to be at CSCF no matter the workout (even if it’s Fran!)

Today we participated in HARNE’S HERO WOD, honoring Lee Harne, a member at CrossFit Adrenaline in Cartersville! While moving for 18 minutes through burpees, dumbbell snatches, toes to bar and goblet squats we endured the pain to get the job done! Along with many CrossFit gyms in Georgia, we will be participating to honor and show support for this pillar of the CrossFit community in Cartersville!!
