💪🏽 November Challenge Alert: 50 Squats a Day! 🍂
Looking for a place to start your fitness journey? Need accountability, motivation, or just want to switch things up? This challenge is for YOU! 🙌🏽
For the entire month of November, we’re doing 50 squats every day 💥
Any type of squat counts — bodyweight, sumo, jump, goblet — mix it up and make it fun!
🔥 Optional Raffle (for those who love a little extra incentive!)
Here’s how it works:
1️⃣ Send at least $5 by Nov 1 at 11:59 PM to enter the raffle.
(CashApp/Venmo details will be shared once you message me.)
2️⃣ Post a time-stamped video of you doing your 50 squats each day.
🔹 Videos must be posted within 24 hours of the day they’re completed.
3️⃣ Only those who post every day for the full month will be entered into the raffle drawing!
💵 I’ll kick off the pot with $10 cash, and the total prize will grow as more people enter!
🏆 The raffle drawing will happen on Dec 7!
