Our trails are not open. December 10th is trail opening for the state, if we have snow. Please stay on the trails. They are clearly marked. We have very nice landowners and we want to keep it that way.

Thank you and ride safe.

Today we set the bridge. JC Matthews, Tom Plog, Eric Gibbs, Damon Miller, Brian Daehler, Alan Bracken, Bruce Simpson. Other than the modifications that were made, it took 1-1/2 hours and done. Went smooth.

Hopefully they are right

Significant Winter storm threat increasing for Saturday...

This is still 3 days away, so don't go with what the map shows as exact. This is just a model, and not gospel. I hate posting snow maps because they change all the time, but I feel like I should show you what is being depicted and why there is some subtle hype. The latest run of the GFS brings us 9 to 11 inches of snow (medium confidence) on Saturday. There is some concern for mixing of sleet or rain as temperatures will be near freezing (low confidence). Very cold conditions will develop the day after on Sunday (high confidence). The snowfall will have ended, but icy conditions may be a problem with temperatures in the teens and low 20s. Expect a very messy weekend no matter what happens. Plow drivers, this is the one that is going to make you money if it happens as shown. This will be a heavy and wet snow, and it's going to be hard moving it around. Expect major salting operations on Sunday.
