The Countdown is ON!! Just four weeks from today, we kick off the 2026 TeamMTB Race Series presented by Northside Hospital. We've got one heck of an autumn ahead of us. But first, there's a lot of work to be done at practice before we tackle The Cleveland Climb.

Huge shoutout to SORBA CSRA for bringing everyone together! We had an awesome time riding, hanging out, and making some new trail friends.

Low-key, our local trails would be nothing without this crew. They put in SO much work behind the scenes so we can keep shredding. Go show them some love—you guys are legends. 💚🤘🚵

Join SORBAcsra and the Augusta Composite Youth Mountain Bike Team for a morning ride at the FATS South Trailhead.

It’s a great opportunity to get out on the trails, ride with members of the Augusta Composite team, and enjoy some time with fellow mountain bikers.

If you know a parent or family with a student who might be interested in youth mountain biking, they’re welcome to come by and meet the team while we’re there.

Bring your bike, your helmet, and plenty of water. We hope to see you Saturday!

Join SORBAcsra on Saturday, July 25 at 9:00 AM at the FATS South Trailhead as we welcome the Augusta Composite youth mountain bike team.

Augusta Composite is our local youth team, with riders who compete across Georgia while developing skills, sportsmanship, and a lifelong passion for mountain biking.

This is a great opportunity to meet these impressive young riders, learn more about their program, and discover ways to support their upcoming season. The team will be accepting donations to help cover travel, race, and program expenses.

Afterward, we’ll head out for a relaxed group ride at FATS with the team. Whether you’re a longtime SORBAcsra member or just someone curious about the program, we’d love to see you there!

This is a great opportunity to meet the riders who represent the future of mountain biking in our community.

(July 14 | 6:30 a.m.) FATS Trail Update

The slow-moving weather system that stalled over our area yesterday dropped nearly 4 inches of rain around FATS, with additional rainfall expected today.

The trails are far too wet for riding, running, or hiking and will need several days to dry out. Using saturated trails can cause lasting damage that takes many volunteer hours to repair.

Please help protect the trails by staying off them until they have had time to dry. We’ll continue to monitor conditions and post updates as soon as it’s safe to reopen.

Thank you for helping us preserve the trails for everyone.
