Join us at Lockerly Arboretum to celebrate the Vernal Equinox! Bring your yoga mat to engage in your own Sun Salutation practice or join Liz for a beginner introduction to Sun Salutations during the first half of the afternoon and then stick around for Five Rhythms Dance Wave in the second half of the afternoon. Spring and nature themed arts and crafts for all ages!

Happy New Year! A new year gives us an opportunity to reset and return our focus to our most important dreams. To move toward our dreams we must find space to care for ourselves. Join me for the first Gentle Yoga with a brand new time and location at the Mary Vinson Library meeting room this Tuesday at 5:45.

Mary Vinson Memorial Library is reopening soon and we are so excited. The space looks amazing! While the library transitions, Gentle Yoga will take a little hiatus through the holidays. We will pick back up in January in the brand new meeting room with a brand new night (Tuesdays!) to get our relaxation on. See you January 6 at 5:45pm!

Big changes coming to Gentle Yoga at the Library! Mary Vinson is reopening soon and we are so excited.

Due to holidays and the pending move, we will have just one more practice in 2025 on Wednesday, December 3 at 5:45pm at the Hancock Branch.

We will return on TUESDAYS in 2026 beginning January 6 at 5:45pm in the Mary Vinson conference room. We are looking forward to seeing you soon!
