HAPPY BIRTHDAY KRISTI!!!!

Kristi started with us when we opened. She injured herself, and took all the time she needed to be back and better than ever! She teaches a format called Riot that she cofounded, and is killing it!
Through the past few years she has been super supportive in referring Soulstice to all the people!

We are PUMPED to have her back on Fridays at 10am!

Meet Mercedes! ✨✨WELCOME✨✨

We are excited to Mercedes teaching Yoga on Tuesday Nights from 6-7pm! You might love to know that she is related to the wonderful Shannon Rice, fairly closely 😉

We are excited to have on the team here at Soulstice!

Mercedes is a professional dance artist, intuitive card reader, yoga and meditation teacher. She has danced with Ballet West, Nevada Ballet Theatre and Bare Bait Dance Company. She recently graduated from the University of Utah receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Modern dance. Alongside her dance career, she has devoted herself to the inward journey and has studied all she can about the intuitive arts. Mercedes studied yoga under Denise Druce and Cynthia Wand earning her 200 Yoga Teacher Certification with Yoga Assets. She has taught meditation to ballerinas for the past four summers at Ballet West Academy and Utah Dance Institute to optimize the dancer’s mindset. She hopes to share the beauty and wisdom of movement and mindfulness through her yoga flow class this fall!

Here is some fun info about Maegan!

I am from flagstaff Arizona. I moved up to utah 2 years to go to school. I’m currently in my masters program studying accounting. I enjoy sports, baking, and crafts. I started participating in group fitness classes about 4 years ago and it changed my life!

We are THRILLED to welcome Maegan to team Soulstice!

Do you like to move your body at night? This pass is for you!

Only catch time on the weekends to move? This pass is for you!

BOTH? This pass is for you!

This pass is unlimited access to all our evening, Saturday and Sunday classes!

This pass auto renews monthly until cancelled! (Must give 30 day written notice + see details)

This pass does NOT include any class taught in the morning or early afternoon! You will need a different pass to have access to all the classes on the schedule, or pay a daily drop in.
