Meet the Hearts Behind Our Gym: Corinne & Pete

If you’ve ever wondered what dedication looks like… it’s two new parents building a gym while welcoming their newborn into the world. 💪💝

Corinne — a proud military veteran — and Pete — a committed law enforcement officer — poured every ounce of grit, love, and late-night energy into creating a space where families feel at home and every person feels welcome.

It was a small crew that transformed this space but they didn’t do it alone. With the incredible hard work of Pete’s parents, this dream took shape one heavy delivery, one late-night prep session, and one “we’ve got this!” at a time. 🛠️❤️

This may not be a small space in size or impact, but we got scrappy and built something bigger than a gym — a community. A place where you can grow, get strong, and change your life… and feel supported every step of the journey.
