✨ Introducing the next generation of HHDA leaders! ✨
Last night, Miss Sarah led our annual Assistant Training Course! 💙 These amazing teens spent the night working on leadership skills, team-building activities, classroom expectations, and of course, learning what it truly means to lead the H&H Way.
We are so grateful to have so many dancers who have grown up at HHDA and now want to give back, be role models, and help create the same fun, positive classroom experience for our younger dancers.
And speaking of growing up through dance… we LOVE telling Miss Sarah’s story every year!
Once upon a time, in a dance land long, long ago 😂, H&H were actually Miss Sarah’s classroom assistants! Fast forward a “few”years, and when we opened HHDA, Sarah became an assistant for us. She grew with the studio, became an incredible teacher and leader, and now she is the one training the next generation of HHDA leaders. 💙
Talk about a full-circle moment.
There is just something so special about homegrown. Watching dancers grow from little dancers, to assistants, to teachers and leaders is one of the greatest parts of what we do.
Thank you, Miss Sarah, for continuing to pass along the H&H Way and for being such a special part of the HHDA story. We are so grateful for you! 💙🖤🤍
