This is my latest creation; it's a handcrafted wooden fishing lure in the form of a mud puppy. A mud puppy is a salamander that resides on the bottom of lakes and rivers throughout North America. This piece was crafted from a block of popular, double sealed and painted in 6 different colors prior to receiving a clear coat for added protection. The hook eyes are .092 stainless steel and the split rings are rated at 125 pounds. This is a one of a kind price that I probably will not duplicate. See many creations on Etsy.com or Ebay.
