The Wave Rider returns for it’s 30th Anniversary 🎂 🎉

The new Mizuno Wave Rider 30 comes in with a long list of updates. A dual layer nitrogen injected Enerzy NXT midsole brings the stack to 40mm with an 8mm drop. The new midsole is designed to offer deeper bounce off the toes while being more stable in the heel. It gets a new plate as well. This time it’s full length and made of polypropylene mesh.

This early launch black/white colorway is a nod to the original Wave Rider and looks great on foot and on the shoe wall. This color launches on 6/16 while the rest of the colors will be available 7/1. Mizuno kept the price the same at a very reasonable $150.

We’re excited to get these on our feet and seeing these hit the streets with our customers!

The Superblast 3 will without a doubt be another solid contender for shoe of the year.

After 200 miles, the newest Superblast stays true to its do everything, super trainer roots. But, you better like soft.

Watch my review to understand what makes this shoe so good, but maybe not quite as good of a “one shoe rotation” like the Superblast 2 was.

The Gel-Kayano has been a running and walking favorite for years.

The newest Kayano 33 continues with the higher cushioned stability formula, but with some significant changes. Gone is the 4D Guidance stability system in favor of a new FluidSupport system. This creates a very natural feeling stablility platform that doesn’t feel over corrective. It utilizes FF Blast Max foam now under the foot and a softened gel pad in the heel for a softer, but more energetic experience.

We feel the new Kayano will be a winner for all types of runners and walkers, whether they are looking for stability or not.
