Tenacity Project The Tenacity Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering girls through sports.

We believe that we can help young women navigate life’s challenges by providing a supportive environment in which they can develop the necessary tools for becoming successful on and off the field. Through these athletic programs, we can help student-athletes become adept at goal setting, problem solving, performing under pressure, and working well with others. It is important that our athletes learn to compete hard but also gain an understanding of how to win and lose with class and grace. We believe that CHAMPIONS have TENACITY
We believe in multi-sport athletes
We believe in playing outside
We believe in finding THE FIT (when it comes to the college process)
We believe in training athletes to train themselves. We believe in self advocacy
We believe in spreading the “Way of Tenacity”

We’re excited to have Coach Brandi Padilla of San Diego State coaching at our Winter Western Winners showcase this December. 🥍

She joins a lineup of college coaches from Amherst College, Cal, Central Michigan, UC Davis, Holy Cross, Liberty, Oregon, Pitt, Pomona Pitzer, San Diego State University, and Washington & Lee.

At Western Winners, these are the coaches running your games and coaching you directly, at a low 12:1 player-to-coach ratio. Western Winners is our premier college recruiting showcase in the West, built to put players in front of the coaches who recruit.

This year, we’ve awarded more than $70,000 in scholarships for camps, clinics, team fees, college recruiting support, and leadership workshops.

We can’t prevent every hardship our girls face, but with your help, we can make sure cost is never the reason a girl misses out on the field, the tools, and the community that helps her learn, play, and live with tenacity.

November 6 is Live PC Give PC, an annual day of giving in Park City. We’d love for you to consider giving to Tenacity Project to help build strong women on and off the field.

Early giving is open now!

Here’s your Monday Mindset check-in: ask questions.

Curiosity is fundamental to learning and growing. The players who ask good questions grow more thoughtful, assertive, and confident, and they find their voice, on and off the field. A good question also says a lot about you: it shows you were listening, and that you care about the answer.

So this week, try asking the people in your life better questions, keeping a few things in mind:

✅ Listen first, so they know you were paying attention.
✅ Be specific. Be intentional. Care about the answer.
✅ Learn something, and walk away with new knowledge.

Stay curious. It’s how you become a champion of your own life, because you matter.

Thank you to all of our players, coaches, families, and volunteers who joined us for the SUPER 6s weekend in the Bay Area! More than 150 girls from every Tenacity region came together for two days of fast, competitive Sixes and a lot of great lacrosse.

We’re proud of every team that competed, and grateful for the community that made this weekend what it was.

Live PC Give PC is back, and Tenacity is proud to take part. Organized by Park City Community Foundation, it’s Park City’s annual day of giving on November 6, when the whole community comes together to support the local nonprofits that make this place special.

We have big goals this year. Your gift helps us build strong women on and off the lacrosse field and remove the barriers that keep girls from playing the game.

Early giving is open now, so you don’t have to wait until November 6. Donate at https://www.livepcgivepc.org/organization/The-Tenacity-Project
