Get up and get healthy! If you’re working some upper back and shoulder. Try a set of 5 x 6 clean press with just 60 seconds rest between.

If you’re looking for some alternate Bicep workouts; try this set of “Straight bar” DB Curls.

Make sure you’re hitting upper chest to put some size on. Still getting better but these incline press will do the trick. Try it out!
