It’s a 6 year flashback mini practice! One of our Lake Lure Yogis asked for a video so they could practice with me while traveling and I found this oldie but goodie. Seemed fitting after all the heavy rain we have been having-it’s like less than 12 minutes but you can repeat it starting the wide legged fold the other direction or just do this and have a nice long relaxation/Savasana. 🫶🙏😽
