Meet Isaiah from our 8th grade team!

When asked what advice he’d give younger players, he said “heart over skill.” Talent matters, but effort, toughness, and doing the little things are what help teams win.

He also shared part of his game day routine, getting prepared early so he’s ready to compete.

Love the mindset and leadership from Isaiah.

When asked about Coach Tony, he talked about conditioning, hustle, and helping players improve their shooting.

He also gave a shoutout to teammate Max for always bringing energy and keeping the bench engaged.

Meet Coach Steph!
10+ years of coaching experience across basketball and football.

For him, communication is everything. Using tools like DISC, he focuses on understanding each player and adjusting his coaching style to get the best out of them. Not every kid learns the same and he understands that.

Whether it’s basketball or football, the goal stays the same, helping kids grow, compete, and learn lessons that carry beyond the game.

Coach Steph brings energy, adaptability, and a real commitment to his players.
