Registration is officially open for the 2026 Mill Creek Cougars season.

We’re excited to welcome back returning players and new families for another year of football, development, and community.

Upcoming Dates:
• Core Mondays continue from May 11th at AMHS from 6–7pm
• FREE AMHS Youth Football Camp — Saturday, May 16th from 9:00am–12:00pm at Archbishop Murphy High School
• Program Kickoff Meeting — May 31st at 6:30pm
• Gear sizing starts May 11th
