It’s official! Zumba Gold class with Sheryl is now in the April newsletter (though she converted one of her two classes to a Gold class 2 months ago).

Mililani residents and folks living outside of Mililani, are all welcome!🙂

If you live in Mililani, please obtain an MTA card at the Rec 3 or Rec 7 office. Annual membership is only $5 and it covers everyone living at your residence, so you and your family can enjoy all the classes, events and amenities our 7 rec centers have to offer.

Events such as movie-by-the-pool, craft fairs, bingo nights, senior activities and outings, etc. Amenities such as pools, water slide, tennis/pickleball courts, cafe, tot playgrounds, etc.

If you live outside of Mililani, you can still attend classes at the rec centers, such as all our Zumba classes. You may not be able to enjoy the amenities though, unless you are a sponsored guest.

In case you don’t know, Mililani Rec 3 will be closed for renovation in the coming months. All 3 of us will be moving our Zumba classes to other Mililani rec centers and/or other locations during the approximately one year of renovation.

Sheryl will most likely move to Rec 1, about the same time slots, on weekday mornings. Noriko may move to Rec 6 on Saturday. We will keep you posted.

Currently, Noriko and I are utilizing these other rec centers to conduct our classes whenever Rec 3 isn’t available.

I (Sheryl) took some pictures because I want to remember what this beautiful place looks like before the renovation. It’s always so clean and relatively well-maintained. This place was built over 30 years ago, so we can definitely use new flooring, doors, and a new stage!😍😆💃🏼

Dance socks for sale. $4 cash💵 per pair. I have 4 colors - black🖤, grey🩶, sky blue🩵 and red❤️. Limited quantity for each color. 🩵🩶❤️🖤

These are perfect for Zumba, line dancing, hip hop, and even for team sports such as basketball. ⛹️‍♀️💃🏼

I highly recommend them for use at the hall in Mililani Rec 3 where Zumba and Jazzercise are held. Also great for use in the private room at Mililani Rec 1 and maybe Rec 6. They are perfect on grippy as well as carpeted flooring.

No need to buy dance shoes, or extra pairs of Ryka or Zumba shoes👟. Just convert your running shoes into dance shoes easily with these! They are stretchy and washable.💦
