Last week I went to see YUNGBLUD at Radio City Music Hall.

At one point he asked thousands of strangers to turn to someone they didn't know and say:

"YOU ARE F@CKING AMAZING."

And people did.

What happened next reminded me of something we all need:

To belong.
To be seen.
To be accepted exactly as we are.

That feeling stayed with me long after the concert ended and inspired a special collection of reminder necklaces.

As many of you know, tonight is the night! 🎤😍

I'll be taking a rare evening off to go see **Yungblud** in concert, which means **Tom** will be leading beach yoga tonight.

Many of you already know Tom from the studio, but if you haven't had the chance to practice with him yet, tonight is the perfect opportunity to give him a warm beach yoga welcome!
