Happy 4th of July from Cooperstown! 🇺🇸⚾️

There is something pretty special about spending Independence Day surrounded by baseball, family, teammates, and memories these boys will carry forever.

This week, our Drip Kingz are living out a dream in Cooperstown. They are representing their team, their families, and our community with heart, grit, and pride.

Baseball has a way of bringing people together, and this trip is a reminder that it is about so much more than wins and losses. It is about the early mornings, the late nights, the parents who show up, the coaches who pour in, the sponsors who believed in these boys, and the families who helped make this dream possible.

Today we celebrate freedom, family, and the game we love.

Proud of these boys. Proud of this team. Proud to be Drip Kingz.

Last night was one of those moments that reminded us what this season has really been about.

We ended practice with our first annual Kids vs. Adults Kickball Game, and it was absolutely priceless. The laughs, the chaos, the competition, the parents and coaches jumping in, and the boys just getting to enjoy each other. Those are the memories that stick. (Peep the smiles in the pics)

This season has been about SO much more than baseball. We have watched these boys grow as players, teammates, competitors, and young men. They have developed on the field, but just as importantly, they have grown in confidence, accountability, friendship, and what it means to be part of something BIGGER than themselves.

We are so thankful for the bonding, the growth, the memories, and the community that has been built ALL season long.

And we are especially grateful to EVERY sponsor, donor, family member, and supporter who helped make it possible for these boys to live out their Cooperstown dream. Your support has given this team an opportunity they will never forget.

The season is not over yet.

Now we head into the final chapter.

Cooperstown, here we come.

Big weekend last weekend for the Drip Kingz 12U boys.

The boys came out swinging and picked up two wins Saturday, beating NC Icons 13-5 and Surry County 7-3.

Lots of big bats, strong pitching, and team plays all around, and we had a lot of Kingz repping the HR chain.

💣Special shoutout to Damion G. for hitting his first home run and it was a big one! A three-run shot to center field to help seal the second game.

Proud of these boys and the way they keep showing up, competing, and having fun together.

A weekend of big moments, tough competition, and continued growth for the Drip Kingz 12U!

We opened Saturday with an 11–1 win, battled a strong Canes team, and advanced to Sunday’s Gold Bracket. In bracket play, the boys fought through a close game, tied it in the sixth inning, and battled to the final play before falling 3–2 on a walk-off.

Even while missing two players, the Kingz kept battling. Cam Harness hit his first home run, and guest player Peyton Putnam came up big with two home runs over the weekend!

Not the ending we wanted, but there was plenty to be proud of. We’ll keep grinding- Cooperstown is getting closer!

What a weekend for Drip Kingz. Our boys battled hard in the Sandlot Classic, finishing strong in pool play and entering Championship Sunday in the Gold Bracket as the #5 seed.

We had big wins, big bats, strong pitching moments, clean defense, and a few tough breaks where we came up just short, but that’s baseball. More importantly, this team is starting to click at the right time.

And the Yard Gang had to pop out this weekend for those home runs! Big shoutout to Austin Sell for hitting his first home run of the season- let’s go #48!

With only a couple of tournaments left before we head to Cooperstown on June 30, the pieces are falling into place. The work is showing, the energy is building, and the boys are making their final push.
