Throwers need to be Jacked & Athletic 💪🏽🏈

Many people often compare baseball and javelin training styles but not as much to quarterbacks

I think it’s often overlooked because javelin throwers and pitchers train for max velocity much more often than quarterbacks do

Being a QB is much more about accuracy, precision, your ability to lead an offense, read defenses, and throw on the move

But the athleticism and size of some new age QBs can be a lesson to how javelin throwers train and mold their bodies

Being able to throw a spiral IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to being a good javelin thrower

Being able to THROW ON THE RUN is extremely important to being a good javelin thrower

Being JACKED & STRONG so you can handle the demands of the sport is extremely helpful as a javelin thrower

All of these things we can learn from Will Levis and we wish him the best of luck as he searches for a new place to play and a fresh start in the NFL

Having an active block side while simultaneously having a relaxed throwing side is essential to have the proper energy transfer into your throw 🚀
