Ready to try Reformer Pilates? Our Springs Basics four-week workshop is the perfect place to start.

Designed for complete beginners, this series will teach you how to use the Reformer equipment safely and confidently—while getting a great workout along the way.

$100 for four sessions: May 6, 13, 20, & 27th at 5 pm

Spots are limited and attendance for all four classes is required. After purchasing the Springs Basics package, please be sure to sign yourself up for each of the four classes!
