What a great morning - one of our favorite days of the year!! One of the things we love most is seeing families, friends, neighbors and even running rivals come together for a morning of fun, camaraderie and holiday cheer, all while supporting a great group of kids who work so hard.
With it being so close to Thanksgiving, we have so much to be thankful and grateful for. We are thankful for each and every person who came out this morning, as well as to our business and family sponsors. Most importantly, we are extremely grateful to the people who work so hard behind the scenes to make this race possible, which includes Coach Lance Skinner, the runners and parents who reached out to sponsors and the Gray family who made and decorated the reindeer trophies (the best-looking ones yet) and also created and managed our first raffle, which was a huge success.
Speaking of the raffle, here are the results that were drawn after the race today:
- Grand prizes: Leslie McMillian
- 2nd place: Wanda Nichols
- 3rd place: R Abraham
The 2025 Reindeer Stampede was a huge success on so many different levels -- we are thankful and already can't wait for next year! 🦌🏃♀️🏃🦃
