Dance fitness with Summer Zumba is an hour long fitness class great for calorie burning and having fun!!

Like a lot of women I have struggled with weight gain and through Zumba I have managed to lose over 100 pounds and keep it off. As an instructor I love challenging my clients and helping them reach their weight loss goals. Nothing feels better to me then burning calories while dancing and having fun with my girl friends...Come join the party one night and see for your self!!!
