A decade ago, The Villages approached us with a challenge — develop a sports surfacing system capable of withstanding one of the most demanding recreational environments in the country. With year-round play, heavy daily use, and Florida’s extreme climate, many of their courts required resurfacing every 3 years.

After transitioning to our Novaplay® Pickleball Surface, Combination Surface® tennis system, and Novaplay® Shuffleboard system, The Villages has significantly extended the lifespan of their facilities — achieving surface life expectancies up to 2–3x longer than previous systems.
