New classes at a new location, bodyweight/cardio/weights based class locally, for Monday night classes, plus your pick of one other trainers' classes on a sat or Sunday, so 2 classes/week, for a small monthly membership.

Soooo.....here's the bad news....
Next Monday night is my last night teaching at Launch.
They are closing their doors on the 31st.
I thank everyone who's ever come out to my classes, and had fun with my workouts...
THANK you for a GREAT 15 months, I know I for one had an absolute BLAST.
