I am bringing my passion for teaching yoga to a few locations. My home is the Cultural Center in Milford, at the four corners on rt 28. Classes there are on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm and Sundays at 4:00pm. Two doors north is the United Methodist Church, where practice is on Friday mornings at 9:30 (upstairs in the "Lavender Room"
