Hitting up some explosive training this block with squat jumps followed by this item- quarter front squats 245 for 6x3. We’ll see if this gives me more drive on my log and axle press.

Hit a PR today with 405 for a triple on front squat. Looking forward to transitioning into more specific strongman work in the next block! 💪

Finally back after a forced deload before my heavy week. Kicked off with good mornings at 3x3 with 500. Feeling good again!

Back to strongman with 7x8 at 350 # good mornings! No shows in my sights yet so if anyone knows anything in the Cincinnati area sanctioned by Strongman Corp in November or December let me know- I need a purpose!

Finally joined the 4 plate club on bench! 405 felt fast and strong! It only took 3 years of failure to get it figured out!

Little deadlift work today with 625 off of blocks. The shorter range of motion felt good in the wake of my new dad schedule!
