The food we eat influences brain health more than you might realize.
Elevated blood sugar, chronic inflammation, and poor metabolic health all increase the risk for cognitive decline and each of these is directly impacted by diet.
Personally, I focus on nutrient-dense, low-glycemic foods, healthy fats, and plenty of fiber. I also minimize ultra-processed foods and sugar — it’s one of the most powerful things you can do to support long-term brain function.
Genes matter, but daily choices matter more.
