the programming is complete + our fall sessions start MONDAY!
———
want to get stronger, feel more confident in the gym, and train with purpose?
a new block of our team strength classes start THIS coming Monday, August 31st and we’d love to have you train with us. 💪🏼

these classes provide structured strength training in a supportive group setting-whether you’re newer to strength training or have been lifting for years.

over each 4-week block, we'll work through a combination of barbell, machine, + free-weight movements while gradually increasing the challenge through progressive overload-more weight, more reps, better control, and stronger movement. each week builds on the last, giving you a clear plan and the opportunity to see your strength progress.

you’ll be coached through each movement, given options when needed, and encouraged to challenge yourself at the appropriate level.
you’ll train alongside teammates who show up ready to work, have fun, encourage each other, and celebrate the progress along the way.

we’ll learn, push, work hard, + keep showing up-
TOGETHER.

some classes change you just a little extra.
———
this morning during our 5:30am strength class, the conversation between sets somehow turned to age. one by one, everyone started sharing their ages or were kind enough to share after being asked.
and then we realized something.
completely by chance, every single woman in class today was over 40.
i don't know why it hit me the way it did, but i just stood there feeling incredibly proud of how far fitness has come and how lucky i am each week to have a front row seat to this inspiration with members of ALL ages.
as strength coaches, we spend a lot of time focusing on programming, movement patterns, progressions, sets, reps, and making sure everyone is moving well. but today reminded me that there's so much more happening inside those four walls.
these women are STRONG.
not just physically, although that's obvious.
they're strong because they continue to show up. they carve out time for themselves between work, family, relationships, schedules, and all of the responsibilities that come with this stage of life.
they're strong because they're willing to learn. they're willing to try something new, challenge themselves, and step outside of their comfort zones.
and they're strong because of the heart they bring into the room.
the conversations before class.
the laughter between sets.
the encouragement they give each other.
the friendships that have been built.
the stories + inspiration they share.
it's one of my favorite parts of what we do.
there was a time when many women believed strength training wasn't for them.
there was a time when turning 40 meant accepting that getting older automatically meant getting weaker.
i'm so proud of how much that's changed and i’m proud of these women for proving every single day that strength has no age limit.
let the 41-66 year olds in class today- that were squatting more than their body weight and bench pressing numbers we used to only dream of, be your inspiration.
you don't have to be in your 20s to start.
you don't have to have an athletic background.
you don't have to wait until everything feels perfect.
you can start now.
and if today's class taught me anything, it's this: strength has very little to do with age and everything to do with the courage to begin and the heart to keep going.

men, women, all ages, all levels.
you’ve got this. we’ve got this.
forever proud. 🖤💪

tomorrow is a bittersweet as it’s Jordan Hunter’s last two shred classes with us!
from the very beginning, she made it happen.
she had a goal to get certified as a personal trainer. she put in the work and brought that goal to life and we’ve all gotten to benefit from that ever since.
now, after recently getting married, she’s heading into her next chapter. she is moving to be with her husband as he finishes school out west.
while we couldn’t be more excited for them both, she is going to be SO missed in this space.
her kindness, her encouragement, the way she knows how to make us work up a sweat, and how she showed up for each class has meant so much.
if you’ve ever taken a class with Jordan, you know…so let’s show up for classes tomorrow and send her off with all the love she deserves.

forever cheering you on, Jordan! 🖤💪

Summer Team Strength Sessions💪
———
Want to get stronger, feel more confident in the gym, and train with purpose?

Join us for our Team Strength sessions.
Together, we’ll build a solid foundation-working to master proper technique across barbell, machine, and free-weight movements so you can train safely, effectively, and with intention.
We follow a structured 4-week training cycle, using progressive overload each week by adding weight, reps, or sets; while continuing to refine movement quality and track your progress.
Because real results don’t come from one big moment-they come from small improvements class after class, week after week, session after session.
These strength and conditioning sessions are designed to educate, challenge, and inspire while working hard together.
This is a space for those who value progress, discipline, and community.
A place where you’re supported, pushed, and celebrated.
You’ll train alongside others who show up ready to work, lift each other up, and raise the standard.
We meet you where you are-and build forward, together.

you’re not “just a mom.”
you’re the steady heartbeat of your home.
of this community. the one who keeps the days moving and the nights soft. the finder of lost jerseys, the maker of meals, the rememberer of everything no one else even sees.
and it’s a lot.
you’re the comfort after a hard day.
and after a hard game, meet or match. the voice that calms the chaos.the hands that fix, hold, carry, and create safety in a world that can feel overwhelming for all of us.
you’re the early mornings and the late nights.the quiet sacrifices.
the last minute trip to Walmart to save the day or to enhance the celebration.
the strength no one applauds, but everyone depends on.
the safe place.

to the moms who are grieving-we hold space for you.
to the ones still waiting, hoping, praying-we see you.
to the ones who have stepped in or stepped up-you are treasured beyond belief.
to the ones doing it all, tired but showing up anyway- you are more than enough.
know that.
you are not “just a mom.”
you are the reason it all keeps moving.
you are everything.🖤

happiest Mother’s Day from all of us at Door 804-
you inspire us beyond words.

👏💪We’re so excited to celebrate our StepUP Miles City Team Winners ! 👏💪
This category is about so much more than numbers. It’s about what can happen when people come together with a shared goal.
Our 2026 stepUP teams didn’t just show up for themselves, they showed up for each other.
We saw the Facebook posted encouraging each other, the celebrations in hitting person bests in the gym and the sharing of recipes.
That kind of support is powerful and it’s exactly what carried them through.
Body composition change takes time, consistency, and discipline but it’s so much more achievable when you’re not doing it alone. Together, you push a little harder, stay a little more accountable, and celebrate every win:: big or small.
This challenge continues to prove that when a community comes together, there’s no limit to what we can accomplish. Stronger together isn’t just a phrase-it’s exactly what we witnessed.
We are beyond proud of each of the teams that rose up to the challenge-not just for their results, but for the way they showed up for one another every step of the way.
Let’s hear it for our winning teams:: 👏👏👏
1st Place: Muscle Mommies- Keelyn Murdoch and Rebecca Ann Morrison
2nd Place: J+A- Jason Sibble and Andrea Sibble
3rd Place: Fit Happens: LeAnn Cahill, McKenzie Karch, Shelby Ann Huber and Bridger Doeden

Rounding out our top five with a tie:
Rise + Grind: Tricia Ellingson, Channing Ellingson and Curt Ellingson
and
Hogan Family Dental: Andrea Ford, Tanya Parker Leidholt, Jenn Gibby, Kacie Earys, Haley Stevenson and Sandra Melia

👏👏👏👏👏
