Don’t forget that starting TODAY, the class hours for ALL Taekwondo students (except The Little Tiger Tots) have changed to ONE CLASS Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm - 7pm through the end of August for the summer!! 🥋🌻😎💪🏻

Class schedule will return back to the normal first and second classes after Labor Day in September!! 🌻😎

Good morning from sunny FLORIDA!!! 🌻😎🌴☀️.

I WANT TO WISH a very Happy and safe 4th of July to all Students, Parents, Family and Friends from QC Dance and Defense!!! 🇺🇸❤️💙

Let’s not forget that so many brave and courageous heroes have fought long and hard for us to see this incredibly historic day!!!! May all of us enjoy this wonderful milestone for our country and celebrate this incredible holiday as one union in a safe and loving way!!! 🇺🇸❤️🇺🇸💙🇺🇸❤️🇺🇸💙🇺🇸

Classes, as you know are closed for the Holiday and will resume TUESDAY, JULY 7th for Taekwondo classes, WEDNESDAY, JULY 8th for dance, tumbling and fitness classes and THURSDAY, JULY 9th for Little Tiger Tots and Taekwondo classes!!

QC Dance & Defense has a nice variety of different types of healthy & fun activities all in one place!!! There is something for everyone, ages 3 through Seniors 60+!!

I have had several inquiries from parents who homeschool their kids or have kids on summer break with nothing to do but play video games, people who work 2nd Shift and Retired folks looking for something healthy and fun to do during the day at a cost that doesn’t break the bank!!!

Does your little one(s) need to build confidence, increase their activity, need some boundaries and improve discipline, or do they just need something fun to do over the summer?

We are starting our Brand New Little Tiger Tots Summer Taekwondo classes!!! This is for all kids, ages 3, 4 & 5 starting June 2-26th, July 7-30th and August 4-27th!!!🥋💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻.

If so, HURRY!! Our class size IS limited!!. Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting June 2nd from 4:15-5pm!!

If you register for the summer classes…June, July and August, you get a free Taekwondo T-Shirt and a white belt to wear to class!!!

**CONGRATULATIONS!**

QC Dance & Defense proudly recognizes all participants and Blackbelt/Temp Black helpers for the 2026 Chung Kim’s Blackbelt Academy Inner-School Tournament on Saturday, April 25, 2026!!! 🥋💪🏻🥇🥈🥉

It was a huge success!! Everyone did a great job and I am so proud of you for your courage to simply participate in the tournament to support Mrs. Kim for hosting the tournament as well as what you learn from it, understand what the rules and procedures are and especially how fun Taekwondo Tournaments really are!! Thank you to the parents & the adults in class for trusting us to teach you and/or your kids and keep everyone safe as they move forward in this incredible martial arts journey!!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

**Missing from the photo are Anderson Apodaca, Cooper Johnson, JumivConnor Barber, Jordan Hopper, Colton Ducey, Liam and Elias Mascari, and Daniella Ferrufino, who also did very well at the tournament in their divisions. 🥇🥈🥉 Also missing: Scarlet and Brittany Huston and Adam and Jack Damewood who were not able to participate in this year’s tournament, but definitely next time!! 🥋🌻😁❤️

ALSO: No Friday night class tonight, May 8th!!! Tomorrow is my birthday and Sunday is Mother’s Day!!! 💕💐. Everyone enjoy your weekend!!! 🎉🎂🎈🥳🎊
