🍂⚾ FALL CLEAN UP DAY! ⚾🍂

It’s time to get the West 4th Baseball Fields in Milan ready for the winter! We’re looking for volunteers to come out and help us knock out some end-of-season field cleanup. 💪

📅 Sunday, September 13th
⏰ Meet at 2:00 PM
📍 West 4th Baseball Fields – Milan

We’ll be working on:
⚾ Taking down banners
🌿 W**d eating along the fence lines
🧴 Spraying for w**ds
🗑️ Picking up garbage and trash
🔧 Taking care of miscellaneous items before we winterize the fields

If you have a w**d eater, please bring it! There is a TON of fence line to tackle, and having a few extra w**d eaters would be a huge help.

👕 Wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty in and come ready to work!

If we can get a good group of people out there, we should be able to knock everything out in just a couple of hours.

Come lend a hand and help us take care of our fields! ⚾🍁💪

The 2026 Milan Harvest Festival is September 4th–7th, and we need our league families to help make it a success!

Over the past four years, the Milan Harvest Festival has donated $45,950 to Rock Island Milan Little League and $11,850 to Rock Island Milan Babe Ruth. Those funds have helped improve our fields and facilities, purchase equipment, and provide scholarships so every child has the opportunity to play.

This year, our donation is based on the number of volunteer hours we contribute. The more we volunteer, the more funding our programs receive!

If every family signs up for just one shift, we can make a huge impact. Please consider donating a few hours over Labor Day weekend to support the future of our league and our players.

Join us at Whitewater Junction as we recognize our players, celebrate their accomplishments, and enjoy an evening of fun with teammates, coaches, and families.

Important Information:

• This event is for Rock Island Milan Little League players.
• All players must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Players may not be dropped off.
• A sweet treat will be provided for all players.
• The concession stand will be open with snacks and drinks available for purchase.

Hey Rock Island-Milan Little League families!

Bring the team out for a fun night at the ballpark!

Any youth baseball or softball player wearing their team jersey will receive FREE general admission. It's a great opportunity to celebrate the season, cheer on some great baseball, and spend an evening with teammates, friends, and family.

We'd love to see the stands filled with RIMLL jerseys!
