❤️🧘‍♂️2026 goals add more opportunities to my yogi life

I’m planning to host some weekend retreats in 2025. I can come to you and teach at your rental or I can book a home in a place of your choice. I can host bachelorette, girls get aways, couples, families, mother and daughter, pretty much any group of people that would like some relaxation with yoga. Please inbox me and give me your ideas and I’ll plan it out. I can include meals and wine. I found a beautiful rental on Toledo Bend that can accommodate 6 people. I can also bring fishing gear and kayaks. I can plan nature walks and journaling as well. Just let me know your vision and I will make it happen.

I taught a yoga session at a bachelorette weekend this morning. It was outdoor on the beautiful Toledo Bend. These ladies were fantastic yogis. If you ever need to rent an amazing Airbnb for a large group you will want to check this space out in Many. I love the outdoor area.

I just finished this awesome book. My bags are packed and I’m ready to attain a new certification next weekend for yin. It’s a beautiful practice where you remain relaxed in a pose for 3-5 minutes.

I absolutely love this one. I’m sharing it again because sometimes yoga is just stretching and much needed therapy. I’ve been practicing with one person at a studio in Timpson and I told her the other day our morning sessions are like therapy.
