Bi-Monthly status update:

Barbara is dangerously close to being a full blown race car. Road blocks, long nights, 1,653 parts orders, and an incredible amount of caffeine has landed us to hopefully driving out of the garage today. Building a car from bare frame definitely wasn’t easy. As long as she doesn’t explode in flames or hit a deer on my test drive our tentative schedule is as follows:

Didn’t race last weekend and extremely bummed to be missing the Street Stock Tour swing in our neighborhood this coming weekend but I’ve made the official decision a week ago to put ‘Doris’ out to pasture… she’s been a good race car and if it wasn’t for Brett selling me this car I wouldn’t even have made jump into dirt track racing. But, on to new and exciting experiences with a fresh hot rod that I’ll hopefully have rockin’ and rollin’ as soon as possible. Long nights and weekends in the shop to be had but if it wasn’t for the last minute I wouldn’t get anything done, good luck to all my friends this weekend and hope the stands are packed with streeter fans at all 3 tracks! Play on, playa’s 😉

Princeton Speedway results from last night: 👎🏻

On the bright side had fun racing with Joe & Layla Chaplin Racing again and big congrats to my buddy Tanner Erickson for his first win in the A-mod!! Good job buddy way to wheel that thing! Woooo!

“Testing, Testing… Is this thing on?” Blew the dust off the racing page and decided to finally do some body work on the race car for the 2026 season, my excuse around town is that I’ve been waiting to see what everyone else’s wraps look like before I make my own😉 Pro tip: if your worried about damaging your new body during the first half of the season… just order the pre-dented body panels!
