we star class on the 8th of January 2018.

if y'all golds for this 2018 are:

1. remove some of the extra pounds you have
2. be healthy.
3. be in shape.
4. be ready for the spring and summer.

zumba class may help you with it.

Do you know that in a zumba class you can burn around 600 to 1200 calories per class??

and take some action by coming to the Zumba class
in fellowship church at midway.

Monday - Tuesday and Thursday. at 6:00pm
(the third Thursday of every month the class is at 6:30)

the place is on highway 90 passing the flying J like a quarter mile on your right hand side toward Quincy.
the class is Free just like the salvation, y'all dont have to paid.

llegaron los propocitos de año 2018??
Si su proposito para este año es :
1. salud
2. eliminar unas libras que le estorban
3. estar listo (a) para la playa en el verano

Zumba fitness puede ser la solucion.

sabia usted que puede quemar de 600 a 1200 calorias en una clase de 50 minutos de zumba??

si su deceo es estar saludable y verse mejor este 2018,

#1 Ponga sus propositos en manos de Dios (acepte a Jesus como su unico señor y salvador) el libro de Romanos 11:9 dice:
que si confesares con tu boca que Jesús es el Señor, y creyeres en tu corazón que Dios le levantó de los mu***os, serás salvo.
la Salvacion es gratis!!!! igual que estas clases de zumba.

lunes - martes y jueves a las 6:00

(el tercer jueves de cada mes es a las 6:30)

lo mejor de todo es que las clases son Gratis!!!!!!
